We offer a comprehensive range of contact lenses including daily disposables, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly lenses. Our selection includes spherical lenses for nearsightedness and farsightedness, toric lenses for astigmatism, multifocal lenses for presbyopia, and colored contact lenses for cosmetic purposes.

How do I know my prescription is current?

Contact lens prescriptions are typically valid for one year, while eyeglass prescriptions can be valid for 1-2 years depending on your location and eye health. We recommend having an eye exam annually to ensure your prescription is up-to-date and your eyes remain healthy.

Do you offer prescription sunglasses?

Yes! We offer prescription sunglasses in a wide variety of styles and lens options. You can choose from polarized lenses, photochromic (transition) lenses, and various tint options. Our prescription sunglasses provide 100% UV protection while correcting your vision.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all eyewear purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your glasses or contact lenses, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Contact lenses must be unopened for hygiene reasons, and frames should be in original condition.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard prescription eyewear typically takes 7-10 business days to process and ship. Contact lenses usually ship within 1-2 business days if in stock. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and can be completed in 3-5 business days for most prescriptions.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major vision insurance plans including VSP, EyeMed, Davis Vision, and many others. We also accept HSA and FSA payments. Contact our customer service team to verify your specific insurance coverage and benefits.

Can I try on frames virtually?

Absolutely! Our website features a virtual try-on tool that uses your device's camera to show how frames will look on your face. You can also order up to 5 frames for a home try-on program, where you can wear them for 5 days before making your decision.

What lens coatings and treatments do you offer?

We offer various lens treatments including anti-reflective coating, scratch-resistant coating, UV protection, blue light filtering, and photochromic (transition) lenses. These treatments can enhance your vision comfort and protect your lenses from damage.

How do I care for my contact lenses?

Always wash your hands before handling lenses, use fresh contact solution (never water), replace your lens case every 3 months, and follow the replacement schedule for your specific lens type. Never sleep in daily disposable lenses, and remove lenses immediately if you experience any discomfort.
